About Njira Skills Youth Training Centre

(Njira) was founded in the year 2015

Established as a community first entry response to address and build the skills and financial capacity of GBV victims and survivors and those that may have been affected by the practice.

Who We Are:

Njira is a Community Based Organization (CBO), Not for Profit-Making, Non-Political and Non-Religious registered in accordance with the Laws of Zambia.

Our Vision for Community:

“A poverty free community.”

Our Mission:

Njira exists to combat poverty among vulnerable youth and women through innovation, skills development and gender equality.

Our Overall Goal:

To contribute to poverty reduction by 2030.
